Ways to Give
Why should you give?
We are a federally recognized 501(c)3 organization that relies on public and private funding in order to offer a wide range of services to a diverse student body and community. We strive to bring our unique educational approach to all students, which requires well-trained teachers, high-level administration, specialized classroom material, and technology. We believe that every child deserves to have access to the tools and experiences which will lead them to discover their own potential for learning.
Scholarship Fund
We spend an average of $15,000 per student each year, which is well above the Texas state average for public schools.* The services we provide to our students are necessary, and scholarships help us extend those services to students from diverse economic backgrounds. Take a look at the curriculum approach and therapeutic services document to review the many program components which our scholarship fund provides directly to our students, and indirectly to the community.

Indirect Impact
Besides making our services available to more children, our scholarship fund frees other monies which are used to start, develop, or continue programming which supports our community. These services currently include outreach activities in the community which support healthy attachment between parents and children, food drives for organizations like Kids’ Meals Houston, a Meals on Wheels program for preschool children, and The Journey School Run Club, which promotes physical fitness and attachment between parents and their children.
